micromarco

“mircomarco” is the title of my Professional Baccalaureate graduation project in Art and Design. It embodies the concept of expanding space in fluid motion, all of which was filmed by myself over the course of a week. This short film was awarded the highest possible grade and was recognized as one of the best Art and Design projects of the year 2020.

Behind The Scenes

"mircomarco" was entirely filmed using a single camera, a water-filled fish tank, and multiple acrylic colors. Over the course of a week, a substantial amount of fluid motion was captured. The editing and color grading were done in Final Cut Pro, with minor VFX work carried out using After Effects.

Final Product

The finished product is a short film, featuring original music co-produced by me and a close friend. From research to shooting and editing, the short film was completed within roughly a month and was subsequently awarded the highest possible grade.
